Pay Periods

• Run from Wednesday to Tuesday for a 2 week time frame
• Pay days are usually the following Wednesday, unless otherwise noted
• Checks and direct deposit notices are placed in students’ mailboxes on the morning of the pay day

Timesheets

• Summer break timesheets will be online unless noted specifically to the student
• URSI, Ford Scholars, Community Fellows, or other stipend paid employees will have a bi-weekly paper timesheet that must be signed by a Supervisor or Proxy every 2 weeks
• Time sheets are due before 12:00pm on above dates
